How can I tell the condition of my item?

We’re committed to offering high-quality luxury goods at a competitive price point. All our items are described thoroughly to the best of our ability. To make the choice easier, each product is backed with photos that show its current condition. 

Please set your expectations, read each description carefully, and review all photos for signs of use.

How do I cancel, return, or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of the product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

You can't cancel, return, or exchange any item. We encourage you to carefully review all images and ask questions before completing your purchase. We cannot offer returns or refunds if you change your mind after purchasing. 

What if I receive a fake product? 

The chance of this happening is like finding 3 yolks in 1 egg. But if this moment ever happens, please contact us via email and we will sort it out. After all, having your trust is the core of our service.

When will I receive my order? 

All items are shipped from Japan and the lead time depends on the processing of the country of destination. On average, it takes about two weeks for your order to reach your doorstep.
